On 19 March 2020, Ofi Asset Management published the study ‘Integrating disability into the company and its activities’, a survey performed on the companies in the Stoxx 600. As stated in the study, in Europe in 2014 the rate of employment of people with disabilities was only of 47%. However, access to jobsis not the only cause for exclusion.

One of the questions in the survey was whether companies have an action plan in place with regard to disability. The conclusion is that 72% of the companies polled have, at least, a partial plan. In turn, 69% of the companies carry out training activities related to awareness of this matter.
Another aspect addressed by the document is related to measures designed to boost recruitment and integration.
